|Recommended: YesVery comfortable and kind residents. — I would tell them that Pebblecreek is a very lovely community that feels extremely safe, especially being so close to Battlefield which I found out later is known to have some unsafe areas . The staff is efficient and well-mannered, residents love to talk and get to know each other, and I’m very glad I can have pets here. The only complaint I might have is occasionally I can smell smoke from what I assume is my upstairs neighbor It usually doesn’t last and I have plenty of plug-in air-fresheners and no it doesn’t smell like the fresheners are covering smoke they smell nice and clean . I would say it just depends on your neighbors at times.

|Recommended: YesA place to call home — I honestly love it here I love my neighbors, I love the convenience of the location without it being too noisy, it feels safe. If it had laundry hookups in my one bedroom apartment and they didn't keep raising the rent so much every year while taking away amenities like the fireplace and the fun breakfasts and bingo, I would stay for another couple years. I also wish they gave a couple days of leeway to pay rent like other places do. If its not paid on the 1st, there is a fee for each late day. The property staff, maintenance staff and neighbors are all very friendly and make you feel at home. If they turned the lobby room into a little gym with just a few pieces of equipment, that would be a game changer as well. They take very good care of their pool, however I think the tenants would get so much more use out of a basketball court instead of tennis court. They could also easily fence in two sides of one of their numerous beautiful green grass areas and make it a little dog park and that would be a huge thing for people here because there are quite a few beautiful dogs around here. Overall, some things they could improve on but still love living here the most out of all the places I've been and definitely the most friendly. Sandy is fantastic and helpful.

|Recommended: YesReally good community — The management here is awesome -- friendly, accessible, responsive, and consistent. The grounds are nice the unit I lived in was decent, with no major issues. I almost never heard my neighbors. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

|Recommended: YesI think the property is just what people need. — It's quiet, calm and you tend to forget how big Springfield is being on this part of town. Never have any issues with neighbors or animals. No gripes with my experience here besides the occasional loud neighbor or parking can be unpredictable but that's understandable later in the night. When I got here the price was better than anyone else in town for the location, quality and amenities.

The amenities are really nice and the staff is always friendly and ready to help at anytime. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming to new residents. Cody, we believe our one bedroom is perfect for singles or a couple. It is a very cozy unit and Pebblecreek Apartments has all of the amenities needed for a first apartment.
