People aren't too loud, the property managers staff in the office are always really nice helpful, the apartments are nice, and they aren't overpriced. I like that it is a very dog friendly place to live. In my opinion, some of the neighbors are rude older and not understanding of the pets that lived there. The insulation is not great in my one bedroom apartment. It was either way too hot in the summer A C was not great or too cold in the winter. This was my first apartment that I was living by myself. Overall, I had a great experience for my first apartment. I would recommend to friends family that are living on their own.

|Recommended: YesLove the property — I just moved in and I have to say I'm happy to be here. My apt was clean when I moved in and spacious. I had one issue and maintaince fixed it very quickly. The office staff has been friendly and informative. I look forward to my time living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat older apartments in good Springfield location. — Older apartments, some units are renovated however. Great sense of community, super friendly neighbors and many social activities.
We appreciate you sharing the feedback with us! We have have been working on several projects this year at Pebblecreek Apartments. New staircases, new roofs, landscaping and security lighting are just a few of them. Our goal is to continuously upgrade the property and maintain day to day services as well.
|Recommended: YesCouldn't imagine living anywhere else. — This is a quite, friendly place to live. I've lived here almost 4 years now and have loved it. There are sometimes issues with the maintenance staff but for the most part the office managers will make sure that you're taken care of.
