|Recommended: YesGreat place for first time renters — Overall I love living here. There is no major issues that I face other than parking every once in awhile where I have to park a little ways down from my apartment. The staff is great and very friendly. Maintenance responds promptly and is quick to fix the problem. This was a great place to rent with being a first time out of parents' house renter

|Recommended: YesBest location, best value, best staff — This is such a great rental property, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and your neighbors are not an issue when it comes to noise. I have lived here for almost 6 years and you cannot be at the location for the property.

|Recommended: YesQuiet apartment Happy wife — Quiet apartments in a great location. Reasonable rent. Parking is not great in our area but you can always find a spot. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay for at least a couple years.

|Recommended: YesPebblecreek is the best place to live in the springfield area if youre looking for an apartment. — Pebblecreek has a very friendly community that welcomes you in with open arms. Ive never heard my neighbors through any walls, the maintenance staff are always there very quickly to fix anything you put a work order in for, and the property staff are always very nice while still being professional.

|Recommended: YesGreat place if you plan to retire — This is a nice Apartment Complex to live in.. There all different age groups that live here and is well blended. Would recommend good place to live if someone would ask me.

|Recommended: YesWow-What a place — I've lived here 10 years . Reason Having lived elsewhere and being observant. Are there nicer fancier properties with more amenities Yes...but they are 100-200 more per month for amenities one far more likely than not will not use and the style of management is for a refreshing change you can quote me tenant-centric . Management treats you like an adult working hard to take care of any issues which are very very rare but promptly handled and maintenance is super prompt. Internet is great also...free provided in rent up to 1 gb Springnet service Wooten does not play that game Many other perks to living at Pebblecreek. Highly recommended.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and a great close-knit community — It's a great community, fantastic internet option that comes with the rent, and it's a good distance from everywhere you could want to go on the south side of town, just far enough off battlefield to be very quiet so you don't hear constant traffic.

|Recommended: YesThis is not just an apartment. It is a home. — The grounds are absolutely beautiful. There is a commen area next to the office where you can meet others and play cards or bingo. They have a social hour every month. It is catered usually and it is totally free. It is such a welcoming place to live.

|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed my time living here. — Love the layout of our apartment. It is very much like a home. Love having a washer dryer and big laundry room, even had a woodburning fireplace up until a few weeks ago. It is fairly quiet and we lucked out with great neighbors.
